Schrägkugellager sind mit Laufbahnen am Innen- und Außenring ausgestattet, die entlang der Lagerachse zueinander versetzt sind. Durch diese Konfiguration kann das Lager gleichzeitig kombinierte radiale und axiale Belastungen aufnehmen. Durch die Auswahl unterschiedlicher Kontaktwinkel kann das Lager für bestimmte Betriebsbedingungen optimiert werden und bietet so eine erhöhte axiale Belastbarkeit und stabile Leistung bei höheren Drehzahlen.
Diese Lager werden häufig in Automobilsystemen, Elektromotoren, Pumpen, Werkzeugmaschinen, landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen und anderen Industriegeräten eingesetzt, bei denen sowohl Präzision als auch Tragfähigkeit erforderlich sind. Abhängig von den Anwendungsanforderungen können Schrägkugellager in einreihiger, zweireihiger oder abgestimmter Lageranordnung geliefert werden.
BMT ist seit 2004 auf die Herstellung von Lagern spezialisiert und liefert Lagerlösungen für OEM-Hersteller, Händler und Industriekunden weltweit. Alle Schrägkugellager werden unter den zertifizierten Qualitätsmanagementsystemen ISO 9001 und IATF 16949 hergestellt. Zu den Produktionsprozessen gehören Rohmaterialprüfung, Dimensionsmessung, Vibrationsprüfung, Geräuschprüfung und Leistungsüberprüfung, um die Konsistenz und Einhaltung der Kundenspezifikationen sicherzustellen. Unsere Produktionsstätten haben auch die Lieferantenaudits von Ford Q1 und Bosch bestanden.
